Aimbere Residence, named after the Tupi-Guarani word meaning "one who squirms (turns)," captures the dynamism and movement of nature through its contemporary architecture. The architectural firm's conviction to create a unique residential product is evident in every aspect of the design.
The building's volumetric structure features a large vertical monolith with twisted balconies, creating a sense of movement and energy. The distribution of uses is carefully planned, with parking spaces and technical areas located at the back of the building, allowing the front area to be dedicated to condominium spaces. Residents can enjoy a beautifully landscaped garden, a decorated and furnished party salon, a modern fitness center, a kids' play area, and an outdoor fireplace.
Alberto Torres and his team prioritized the use of techniques, technologies, and materials common to the region, making the construction process efficient and sustainable. The building utilizes a structural system of reinforced concrete, sealed with masonry walls, and finished with tiles and painting on the facades.
The specifications of Aimbere Residence showcase its thoughtfully designed layout. The building consists of 15 floors, with 11 typical floors housing two apartments each. The apartments facing the northeast direction feature two suites and a total private area of 83 square meters, while those facing the southwest direction offer three suites and a total private area of 104 square meters. The last two floors feature inverted duplex apartments, with the social area and access on the upper floor and the intimate area on the lower floor. These duplex apartments offer spacious living spaces, with the front apartment totaling 152 square meters and the back apartment totaling 178 square meters. The first and second floors house the social area of the building, including a hall, fitness space, party room, playground, and playroom. The total built area of Aimbere Residence is 3861 square meters, situated on a 874 square meter plot of land.
Aimbere Residence is located in Guarapuava, a town in the state of Paraná, Brazil. The project is currently under construction, with an expected completion date in the near future.
The design of Aimbere Residence is the result of in-depth research and analysis. The team carefully studied the terrain's constraints, such as topography, solar orientation, and interesting views, as well as the city's urban legislation. Additionally, extensive research was conducted on the local culture, history, and techniques to develop an architectural concept that respects the surroundings and culture of the region.
One of the main challenges of the project was to create an architecture that was both innovative and respectful of the region's context. The layout of the apartments was also a key consideration, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable environment for future residents.
Aimbere Residence, designed by Alberto Torres and his team, is a testament to the fusion of culture, nature, and contemporary architecture. This unique residential building in Guarapuava, Brazil, showcases the team's commitment to creating innovative and comfortable spaces that harmonize with their surroundings.
